An AI automation developer for Dublin and the EU envelope.

Dublin sits inside the EU legal and data envelope, next door to the deepest pool of AI operators in Europe outside the UK. I ship builds designed for that envelope from the first line of code, not retrofitted before an audit.

Recent builds

EU gateway

Dublin sits inside the EU legal and data envelope. Builds designed here can ship EU wide without a compliance rewrite later.

AI Act ready

Risk classification, human oversight, logging and model cards are treated as scoping questions, not audit surprises.

EUR contracts

Invoicing in EUR against a fixed schedule. VAT reverse charge for Irish B2B. Standard EU procurement paperwork accepted.

Bishal Paul

AI automation developer · Dublin and Ireland

Hi, my name is Bishal Paul. I run Erudience, the AI automation agency behind this work (see erudience.com), and sit as Head of AI at Absolute Intelligence UK. Live products under my own name include push8 (operations for n8n).

Irish clients get the same engineering discipline as the UK ones, plus EU aware defaults for anything that will fall inside the AI Act's high risk categories.

EU AI Act high risk obligations begin phasing in. Systems built now that ignore the Act will need a rework before then.

Offerings for Dublin teams

Four opening engagement shapes.

§ 01

SaaS AI features shipped inside the product

First AI feature inside your product with quotas, retries and structured outputs. Built to fit under the Act's obligations without becoming a compliance drag.

§ 02

Voice AI for Irish customer bases

Inbound routing, outbound campaigns and after hours coverage on ElevenLabs and Twilio, with EU voice defaults and consent handling built in.

§ 03

Internal ops automation for EMEA offices

n8n workflows, LLM based document extraction, and structured hand offs into your existing systems. Audit trail from day one.

§ 04

Second opinion audits before ship

Independent review of an existing AI build before it goes to customers or auditors, with a written report you can action or file.

Common builds for Dublin teams

Six workflows Irish and EMEA teams ask for first.

Each has shipped inside an EU compliant environment. AI Act risk classification is scoped in from day one.

First AI feature inside your SaaS

B01

Structured LLM calls behind product UI with quotas, retries, cost caps and per tenant logging. Ships under the EU AI Act's limited risk obligations without becoming a compliance drag on the roadmap.

EMEA support triage in multiple languages

B02

Inbound tickets classified, routed and drafted in EN, GA, FR, DE and ES. Handoff to a human happens on confidence, sentiment or intent, never silently. Every model call logged.

Voice AI on Irish numbers

B03

ElevenLabs plus Twilio voice agent on Irish landlines and mobiles. GDPR compliant consent handling, EU voice defaults, transcripts filed straight into your CRM or helpdesk.

Document extraction on Revenue and CRO filings

B04

Structured extraction on Irish Revenue and CRO filings, contracts and onboarding packs. Confidence scores per field, failed cases routed to a named human.

EMEA internal ops automation

B05

n8n workflows connecting your EMEA HQ tooling to your global systems of record. Sync jobs, approvals, and structured hand offs that survive an EU AI Act audit.

Second opinion audit on an existing AI build

B06

Independent written review of an existing AI feature before it ships to customers or auditors. Risk classification, prompt review, logging review, mitigation list.

Engagement models

Four ways Irish and EMEA teams start.

Pick the one that fits the decision you are trying to make. Most engagements start with Discovery or Advisory and move to a scoped build once risk is understood.

Discovery
Paid one week deep dive: risk classification under the EU AI Act, current state review, recommended build plan with a written report.
1 week
Go or no go decision with a concrete scope and cost.
Scoped build
Fixed outcome build in weeks with weekly demos, shared staging URL, EU region defaults and a written runbook at handover.
3 to 8 weeks
Production system your team owns, auditable end to end.
Retained operator
Named engineer on Slack for evolution, incidents and small builds. Capped hours, cancellable monthly, priced flat.
Rolling
Live system keeps improving without another procurement cycle.
Advisory
Second opinion on an existing AI build, vendor shortlist review, or an EU AI Act readiness check before an audit.
1 to 2 weeks
Written report you can action or file with auditors.

Answered before the call

Eight questions from Dublin teams.

Are you based in Dublin?+

UK based, working with Dublin and Irish teams regularly. Remote by default. Dublin day trips or short stays are planned in at scoping when the build genuinely benefits from being on the ground with your team.

Can you invoice in EUR?+

Yes. Erudience is a UK entity but happy to invoice in EUR against a fixed exchange schedule agreed at the start of the engagement. VAT handled per the reverse charge rules for Irish B2B clients.

How do you handle EU AI Act compliance?+

Every build treats the Act's risk classification as a first class scoping question. High risk workflows receive documented human oversight, structured logging, and model cards where required. Low and limited risk builds still get audit trails because they cost almost nothing to add and pay off the first time procurement asks.

Do you work with the EMEA offices of the big tech companies based in Dublin?+

Selectively, through Erudience. Enterprise procurement takes longer than most engagements, but it works. Standard NDAs, DPAs and vendor questionnaires are not a problem.

What kinds of Irish businesses do you work with?+

Irish SaaS shipping first AI features, professional services adding after hours voice coverage, EMEA operations of larger firms building internal AI tools, and Irish e commerce automating support and order flows.

Where does client data sit?+

EU region storage by default for Irish and EU engagements, typically Supabase EU or self hosted on an EU region VPS. Prompts and outputs retained per your policy, encrypted at rest, purged on a schedule you approve.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?+

Yes. Mutual NDA on the first call if the topic needs it, DPA before any production data changes hands, sub processor list available on request. Standard fare, not a special request.

How fast can a Dublin engagement start?+

Paid discovery typically inside two weeks of the first call. Scoped build starts one to three weeks after that. Enterprise procurement inside a big EMEA HQ is slower, expect four to eight weeks for onboarding, but the build itself still runs in the same weekly cadence once access is in place.
