AI Engineer, Operator & Founder building production AI systems.

I sit in the small overlap between hands on builder and founder operator. That is the reason most of my work lands well. The engineering makes the systems real; the operator lens keeps them useful past the launch demo.

The role

I am Head of AI at Absolute Intelligence UK, an AI automation agency where I lead technical delivery across voice AI, workflow automation, and client support systems, and manage the developer team that ships them. Absolute Intelligence is a role I hold, not a company I own. It is where a lot of my client facing work currently lives.

Day to day the Head of AI role covers three things at once. I own the technical architecture for every engagement, which means every voice agent, n8n pipeline, and support automation the agency ships goes through my design review before a line of code lands. I manage the developer team, so scoping, sequencing, code review, and handoff standards sit with me. And I sit in on the pre-sales conversations where a client is still figuring out whether AI is the right lever for the problem in front of them. That last part is where most of my consulting instincts get sharpened.

Alongside the agency work I run Erudience, an AI innovation and consulting practice where I take on a small number of independent engagements. Erudience is where the deeper strategy work happens. Founders evaluating a voice AI build, teams weighing self hosted n8n against a SaaS stack, product leaders trying to figure out whether an LLM feature is a product or a distraction. It is a deliberately narrow practice, and it exists so I stay close to the strategic conversation and not only the implementation.

The products

Independently, I am the founder of four live SaaS products. push8 is the intelligence and management layer for n8n, adding AI workflow building, silent failure detection, and encrypted backups on top of any n8n instance. Extinde is an AI powered browser extension builder with a built in marketplace. Automation Workflows is a marketplace for buying and selling n8n, Make, and Zapier workflows. ExcelErrorFinder is a free browser based spreadsheet audit tool that launched on Product Hunt. All four are live. Nothing shelved appears here.

The through line

My work has shipped across telecom, retail, financial services and M&A sourcing, energy, and agency operations. Different sectors, same underlying pattern. A messy human process, a well designed voice or automation layer wrapped around it, and a clean structured record on the other side so the business can actually see what happened.

Underneath the engineering there is a second discipline. I have spent years on SEO strategy, content production, digital marketing for SaaS, and the founder level judgement of what to build in house versus what to buy off the shelf. It is why I get pulled into product build calls and go to market calls in the same week, and why I am comfortable being described as both an engineer and a marketer.

I have led and managed developer teams, which shapes how I scope work. I default to systems a small team can operate without a platform team behind them, because that is the reality of most of the businesses I work with.

Personal

I am based in the United Kingdom and work globally. My family roots are in Sylhet, Bangladesh. That is more a personal note than a professional one, but it is part of the picture and worth naming.
