Erudience, the studio behind this work.
Erudience is my company. It is where the AI automation systems, conversational AI agents, and applied LLM products on this site are actually built and operated.
This website, bishal-paul.com, is where I write and publish under my own name. Erudience is the company I run alongside it, and the legal entity every client engagement flows through. Same engineer, same standards, one home for the work.
Erudience exists because most AI work in the market sits at two extremes. On one side, agencies that resell tools they have never operated in production. On the other, individual freelancers who can prototype but cannot ship a system that runs unattended for months. Erudience is built for the space in between: senior, product minded engineering delivered as a small studio.
The studio stays deliberately small. I take on a limited number of engagements at a time so every build gets senior attention from scoping through to production and beyond. When a project needs specialist partners, front end design, security review, or additional engineering hands, I bring in a trusted network rather than growing a permanent team just to keep it busy.
Erudience is UK based and works globally, with clients across telecom, retail, energy, financial services, and agency operations. A typical engagement starts with a short paid discovery, moves into a defined build with a fixed outcome, and often continues as a retained operator role on the live system. The goal is never a demo. The goal is infrastructure the client can quietly rely on.
- Own the runtime. Self hosted where it matters, so clients keep their workflows, their data, and their costs.
- Ship, then operate. Building the system is half the job. Keeping it alive in production is the other half.
- Keep humans in the loop. Every automated action that touches money, customers, or reputation has a clear approval or review point.
- Say what will not work. The most valuable answer in an AI project is often "do not build this."
